UV inks remain liquid until exposed to curing UV light, therefore avoiding problems of print head blockage & machine down time. UV inks are the best ecological choice of inks with no harmful fumes or VOC’s, They provide fast print rates & fast curing times that make UV printing a better choice than traditional Screen Printing

SolTeck UV series inks are compatible with the following print heads:
Spectra, Xaar500, Konica & other DOD Piezo Print-heads used with UV flat bed & wide format printers.

SolTeck UV series ink gives profound adhesion to a vast range of substrates such as:
All sheet plastic PVC, PVC Foam Board, PET, ABS, PC, PE, PP/OPP, Acrylic, etc,

All Glass, Ceramics, Tiles, Wood, and many other surfaces.

Durability
SolTeck UV series ink formula uses Light Fast Pigments, with outdoor durability of at least 1 year. Ongoing research & tests are expected to show outdoor life of up to 3 years.

Curing Information
Print cure UV dose depends on printed ink thickness, substrate type, & power of UV curing lamps used.
Typical Dose: 200mJ/cmP2P to cure 8-15micron print on un-doped media with pressure mercury lamps.

Storage Conditions
Keep away from children & pets.
Storage temperature range 5℃-30℃; Relative Humidity 20% - 80%.
Avoid direct sun light & heaters. Avoid drastic temperature changes. Do not contaminate inks.
